How does BlderDash work?

BlderDash connects customers, local hardware suppliers, and verified delivery drivers through one platform. Customers browse materials from nearby suppliers, place an order, and choose same-day or scheduled delivery. Suppliers prepare the order, and a registered BlderDash driver picks it up and delivers it directly to the job site with real-time tracking.

What areas does BlderDash serve?

BlderDash operates within selected service regions and partners with local hardware stores in those areas. During launch, we will begin with specific cities and gradually expand based on demand and supplier partnerships. Users can enter their location to check availability in their area.

How do payouts work for suppliers and drivers?

BlderDash integrates securely with Stripe and Stripe Connect to manage payments and payouts. When a customer completes payment, funds are securely processed through Stripe. Suppliers and delivery drivers receive their earnings directly into their connected Stripe accounts. Payouts can be tracked through their dashboard, and transfers are handled automatically based on the configured payout schedule.

Can suppliers manage inventory easily?

Yes. Suppliers have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can upload products, update stock levels in real time, manage pricing, create promotions, and track order history. Inventory updates can be made instantly to reflect product availability.
